Mr. Andrew Ow has 20+ years of experience in leadership roles covering business development, marketing, operations and senior management in the Information & communication technology industry. He started a Service Based Operators (SBO) business in 1999 and sold the company 5 years later. His background includes regional partnerships with Telecommunication companies, System Integrators, Distributors, OEMs and independent software vendors. He has also chaired many volunteer committees in Singapore.

Prof. Stefan Winkler is an established research leader and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience. He co-founded two companies with a focus on video analytics (Genista and Opsis). He is an IEEE Fellow and holds a Ph.D. degree from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Switzerland, as well as a M.Eng./B.Eng. degree from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria. His expertise includes image & video processing, computer vision, machine learning, human-computer interaction, user experience, and perception modelling. He has published over 120 scientific papers.

Prof. Lee Yee Hui received the Bachelor of Engineering degree and the Master of Engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and the Ph.D. degree from University of York, England, in 1996, 1998 and 2002 respectively. All degrees are in Electronic Engineering. She joined the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) as an Assistant Professor in 2002. She is currently with the Communication Engineering Division. She is a member of the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE).

Prof. Nie's expertise lies at the intersection of leadership and change management. She has a deep understanding of how people at different levels in an organization react to change and how the organization develops its immunity to change. Trained in business and psychodynamics, she uses both fields of knowledge to help the leadership team understand the team dynamics in the face of external and internal business challenges and how these forces affect organizational transformation. She primarily works in 3 areas: Organizational transformational journeys; Strategic initiatives and change initiatives that require senior executives' management; Senior leadership development.

Ms. Shirley Wong is an entrepreneur and investor and has more than 30 years of experience in the IT & Technology industry. She co-founded Frontline Technologies in 1994, and was listed on the Singapore Exchange in March 2001. The company was subsequently acquired by British Telecom Global Services in March 2008. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and helps build the Start-up community in Singapore and actively helps startups to secure funding and gain market access. Shirley serves on the board of Singapore Science Center, Assurity Trusted Solutions and National Kidney Foundation. From 2013 to 2016, She was the Chairman of Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation which is now known as SGTech.

Dr. Scott Wong is a qualified Doctor (MBChB) at the Jurong Community Hospital. He volunteered as a Frontline doctor during COVID-19 pandemic, serving in emergency department, community care facility & dormitories. He was a fellow under the Singapore-Stanford Biodesign 2018 (SSB8) programme, is familiar with software's UI design and prototyping. He invented the "Covid Buddy" which was featured in The Straits Times, SingHealth Newsletter, radio & MediaCorp. He is familiar with regulatory in digital health, with direct involvement in creation of TeleMedicine Sandbox (MOH), and HCSA bills. He has also vast experience in running machine learning designing mobile healthcare clinics and Telehealth clinics.
