• Your own data: When you create a user profile, we collect email address as required data for login. Other data – name, contact number, organization, country, role – are all optional.
• Your invited mobile app user data: When you invite individuals to use the mobile app, we collect their name and mobile number to grant and verify their access. All other personal information – organizational ID, gender, year of birth – is optional.
b. Non-Personal Information
• Device information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system)
• Usage data (e.g., login times, pages accessed)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
• To authenticate your login and provide access to the Web App.
• To enable you to invite individuals and manage their profiles.
• To provide you with access to individuals’ mental wellness screening results.
• To improve the Web App and our services.
• To comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.
• We only collect and use data necessary for the stated purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
• With invited individuals: Your name and professional credentials may be shared with individuals you invite to use the mobile app.
• With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Web App (e.g., hosting providers). These vendors are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Terms of Service (ToS) for SenseWell Web App User

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SenseWell web application (“Web App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Web App.
2. Use of the App
a. Eligibility
• You must be an authorized employee or representative of an organization approved to use the Web App.
• Independent professionals may use the Web App only if permitted under their organization’s policies.
b. License
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Web App for professional purposes only.
c. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use the Web App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Share your login credentials with others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Web App or its systems.
• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate data regarding invited individuals.
• Violate any applicable data protection laws, including the Singapore PDPA.
3. Your responsibilities
a. User Profiles
• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating your user profile and your invited individuals’ profiles.
b. Data Privacy
• You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from invited individuals to uploading their name and mobile to the platform.
• You must ensure the accuracy of the data you provide.
• You will not share or misuse invited individuals’ data beyond the intended purpose of this platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that invited individual’s data is accessed only by authorized personnel
4. Intellectual Property
• The Web App and its content (e.g., text, graphics, logos) are owned by Opsis Pte. Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the Web App without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opsis Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Web App.
• We do not guarantee that the Web App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
6. Termination
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Web immediately if we suspect any violation of these Terms or if required by law.
• Upon termination, your account and all associated personal data will be securely deleted, unless required by law.
7. Changes to These Terms
• We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Web App or by email. Your continued use of the Web App after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
8. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
