4. Two Scenarios
Scenario 1: Individuals download the app upon an invitation from mental health professionals or acknowledged parties.
If you are using the App at the invitation of a professional or acknowledged parties, they will:
• Create a user profile for you and provide your necessary personal data.
• When you log in using your mobile number, your screening results will be matched to your profile and shared to help provide better support.
Scenario 2: Individuals Download the App Themselves
If you are using the App independently:
• No personal data (other than your mobile number) is collected or shared with any third party.
• Your screening results are for personal use only and provide general feedback.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
• With Authorized Mental Health Professionals or acknowledged parties.
• With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating the App (e.g., hosting providers).
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
• Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
• Access controls for professional and acknowledged parties accounts.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Opsis SenseWell mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2. Use of the App
a. Eligibility
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• If you are under the age of 13, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
b. License
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
c. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Share your login credentials with others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
3. Mental Wellness Screening
a. Purpose
• The App provides mental wellness screening tools to help you assess your mental health. It is not a medical diagnosis tool and does not replace professional healthcare.
b. Accuracy
• The results of the screening are based on the information you provide and are intended for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the results.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opsis Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, interruption of service, or any other damages that may occur due to the use or unavailability of the App.
6. Termination
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately if we suspect any violation of these Terms or if required by law.
